Upon arrival, to get the key. had to ring a phone number, no one on site to help. In room it was absolute filthy, with blood on floor, pubic hairs & in general terrible condition as was all of the outside areas. People talk outside the room from 4am We did not feel safe and did not sleep. Towels smelt...
