Our room was disgusting, the ceiling had water damage, the air conditioning was broken and leaking, and there were dirty rags in the closet, a broken ironing board, and hair in the shower. I did not want to take my shoes off in this room, nor did I want to sleep in the bed. I asked the front desk attendant if we could change rooms, and he said they were sold out, which was strange because I only saw 2 or 3 other people in the hotel. Being a hotel manager myself, I tried to be as kind and understanding as possible and recommended that they not rent that room out again. The response from the gentleman at the front desk was, "Oh well, looks like you prepaid for it." The room was disgusting, and the operators should be ashamed that they rented a room like the one they did
