“Property needs updating/ deep cleaning. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke, carpet in poor condition actually falling apart, fabric furniture dirty and in very used condition. Housekeeping was mediocre at best, found sheets crumpled up at the end of the bed under comforter, “fresh”towels dirty and had to request toilet paper. Could be a great property to stay at if refurbished, as it is in a great central location for dining and shopping.”

“Very clean rooms with great staff and customer service. The included breakfast is what brings us back and also lots of parking including free underground parking. Great access to Anthony Henday and Calgary Trail and Gateway Blvd. I give this hotel 5 stars *****”
