“Direction by the hosts was spot on! Upon arrival we were a little early but as our room was ready they let us check in straight away. Staff were all super friendly and even offered to bring our bags in. Full guide or room was given. The room was beautiful and facilities were excellent including a mini fridge, milk (and oat milk for hubby), bottled water, handmade herbal tea selection, even umbrellas in the wardrobe incase it was wet! “Really nice hotel, went early and asked if we could park up till the check in time, and they said no problem! Leave your car and go enjoy your day, short walk to sea front, went back at 3pm and there’s a bar situated in the hotel called the hidden gem which we didn’t know about, cheap prices and craft beers and ciders too so bonus! Staff were great, room was a family room but spot on for us and the continental breakfast the next morning was fabulous! Would definitely recommend and stay again.”

“Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. ”
