"It is a lovely property and my stay was a means to an end. Surprised how quiet the bar area was on a Saturday evening. Outside picture of the property was very deceiving as I didn't realise it was on the busy main A171 and noisy if you happen to be on the roadside bedrooms"

"Great stay and apartments, but stunk of smoke.. Staff were absolutely amazing. Breakfast staff 10/10 and couldn't be more helpful. Shame about the smoke, but it was quite bad and worse after showering. Person before must have been smoking and blowing into bathroom vent."

"Room was clean and full of quality furniture, bed was fantastic. Definitely recommend upgrading to the deluxe rather than standard. (Photos of deluxe) Didn’t try to on site pub but the staff at reception were fantastic. Parking was ample as even with the gym and pool in use was still able to find a parking spot without any hassle. Was staying for work and have booked to stay there again."

"Good sized room and bathroom. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. The bathroom sink is extremely small so water ends up on the floor. The sinks in rooms need to be bigger. The carpets in rooms need a deep clean."
