“This hotel says that they have a restaurant, bar, room service food and a free bottle of wine om check in. None of this existed. The neighborhood had a large amount of homeless amd drugs. The key card entrance did not work so we had to wait for staff to open. At time there was a sign that said they would be back soon and so we were locked out. Expedia has not made this right yet. ”

“The parking situation is ridiculous. They expected me to park on some side street by the hotel where a bunch of homeless people were bent over on fentanyl with their butts out. Then they expected me to allow somebody to drive my car down the street to the parking garage. That is not going to happen. I asked if I could just drive my car to the parking garage and the front desk guys said oh you have to come and check in first and then he said I couldn’t do it and then he sent me to some other...

“샌프란시스코 중심에서 가까워 교통이 편리 합니다. 하지만 그것 이외에는 모든게 좋지 않습니다. 호텔 주변에는 홈리스와 술에 취한 사람들이 많아 위험 할 수 있습니다. 호텔방의 상태도 좋지 못합니다. 바닥의 상태도 장판이 깔려 있어 끈적이고, 냄새도 좋지 않습니다. 직원들은 이상한 원칙을 내세워 손님을 잘 도와 주지 않습니다. 호텔에 도착한 택배를 무단으로 뜻어서 얘기하니 이름이 안써 있어서 열어 봤다고 했으나 이름이 적힌걸 확인 하고 나서도 사과는 없었습니다. 호텔에 택배를 보내지 말라고만 합니다. 손님들에게 불친절 합니다. ”
