“No hot water. And no privacy. Housekeeping opened my door without knocking!!!! Almost walked in on me while changing my clothes. Elevator dosent work. Had to walk up a million steps to the 3rd floor with our luggage. Also tried calling the hotel before checking in to extend my stay and we called 16 times!! With no answer. Horrible experience. ”

“A true surprise! Nice and clean accommodations with elevator access and very well care for. Located in the heart of the town of Peñuelas, Puerto Rico in front of The Plaza. You will find a nice pool and a a nice restaurant connected to the hotel which is not associated to the property. The person I was with has mobility issues so we really appreciated the ramp at the entry for easier access. One negative we found is that this property does not have their own private parking. “The room was spacious and clean. The 2 pools were nice. The main restaurant was nice. The hot water was not really warm in our room, even after maintenance came out to look at it in our room specifically. Our son had a room a few doors down and his hot water worked well. The resort was quiet, and beautiful. The bar's drinks were strong.
