"Overall great. It was a bit colder when we went. I wish they put heat lamps in outside seating areas in the evenings. I did ask and they put one but it needed time to heat up. But other than that - amazing stay! "

"Gorgeous farmhouse in very rural area of Tuscany. Well set up for families but take note, very few amenities and you need to bring absolutely everything with you to equip yourself for the stay. No coffee provided and only one pillow per person given. Having a car is vital. The pool and gorgeous scenery was really appreciated."

"Upon checkin was notified the hotel no longer operated a restaurant although their listing on Expedia said they had one and their own website lists a restaurant. No dining options for dinner and no breakfast available. No coffee or tea in room, not even a microwave. Listing also mentions a tasting room for wine-- none to be found. Place is very far from town so a car is a must-have. Place was deserted yet there was obviously a rambunctious family above my apartment, which had an overwhelming stench of RAID bug spray the entire time I stayed. Reception is inside an interior courtyard and does not open until 9am, I left the keys in the door as there was no drop box. Do not stay here. Property is allegedly in litigation limbo due to their wanting to renovate, but take my advice and stay literally ANYWHERE ELSE."
