"The location of the hotel is the BEST! So convenient and close to many things. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. Enjoyed using the Gym, very clean and great vibe. Just the staff(server and the front person) at the restaurant were not really friendly or helpful. It could be better if they at least smile and are friendly."

"Breakfast was good. It’s $30 a day to park there and you definitely have to drive or uber everywhere so it would’ve been helpful if the staff told me that I could buzz the front desk at the gate for Parking validation because I ended up paying the $30 to park since I wasn’t told."

"Complimentary breakfast was great. The waffles were amazing. Room was great. No vending machines on floors however. We needed to go to the lobby for a couple drinks. Which of course were ridiculously overpriced. That was the only complaint of our short stay. ($3 bottle of water, $4 for a can of ginger ale) "

"The Casino felt very lively! Our room was upgraded upon arrival to the too floor with an absolute beautiful view. The staff was great and professional expect for the maintenance worker we encountered on the day of check out. We had numerous bags and suitcases with us and at the time of check out the elevators were down. We asked the maintenance worker if he could help us with our luggage down the 26 flights of stairs because we were all women and he simply answered “no”. So we had to take all of our things down the 26 flight of stairs, with no help.That was pretty unacceptable considering that this hotel/casino is known worldwide. We spoke with a manager, but not much was done. "

"We had an enjoyable experience. Room was nice, bed was comfortable, shower worked great. They have a vcr and dvd player in the room with a bookshelf full of movies to choose from (located downstairs). My only complaint was they do not have bags/liners for the ice bucket. Easy walk to Quincy Market, the ferry, tours, etc. overall, it was pleasant and we would definitely stay here again. "
