Top Texada Island Hotel Reviews
Bayview Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"I always book Bayview for my out of town guests who are from overseas."
Qualicum Beach Inn
8/10 Good
"The staff were really nice and welcoming, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. My only disappointment was the ocean view. The room I booked was advertised as having an ocean view, but we could barely see the ocean from our room. I was expecting a much better view based on the room description."
Crown Isle Resort and Golf Community

Coast Parksville Hotel
8/10 Good
"Clean and comfortable room. Great value for the price, though be aware the room is a bit squishy for a family of four for a longer stay. Love the outdoor patio with comfy tables and gaslamps. Kids love the Keurig machine in the lounge."
Riverside Resort & RV Park

"Kids loved it! Glad the fire ban ended."

Pacific Shores Resort & Spa
8/10 Good
"Pacific Shores is a large and pleasant resort with a long path along the waterfront and you can walk far out from shore during low tide. Kayaks are available for use at high tide. The resort is made up of owner’s units facing the ocean (not sure if those are available to rent) and an inner 3-level complex with views of the well-tended grounds. It is a family friendly complex with a pool and playgrounds for the kids so it is great for families but not generally a quiet spot for adults. However, we did not mind that. There is a separate hot tub area for kids and families although some parents would bring their kids to the adult tub. Evenings or early afternoons were best for the hot tub (between 11 and 4 is quietest as other tenants have checked out and the new ones have not arrived). The room was clean and roomy enough for two with a balcony but the units are close together so not too private (some partially face the balconies of other rooms). There is no air-conditioning in the rooms so it can be warm at night even with the fan. There are barbecues available for use near the suites as well as at a covered area overlooking the ocean. The spa is very nice with a variety of massage treatments available. No restaurant on site but they plan to open one soon. This is a stunning property and it would definitely be worth trying to get one of the units facing the ocean if they are available."
