I would be better if the reception prepare parking information using paper addresses and name

โStayed 2 nights in single room with shared bathroom. Very basic but sufficient room for my needs.Shared bathroom close to my room. Shower very hot and couldn't seem to reduce the temperature.
Main issue was check in ...they wanted photo ID proof. This wasn't mentioned in check procedure, luckily l had an ID badge through work but a couple checking in at same time didn't and we're told it policy that they couldn't stay without Photo ID ...not sure if they got a refund .. probably not โ
