“Advertised as Family friendly so we booked an expensive 1 night stay. For myself my wife and my 4 year old daughter as it had a swimming pool. We were told when we arrived my daughter could only access the pool if she was 5. This was only hidden in the T&Cs and not flag until we arrived despite giving my daughters DOB. We were going to get a relatively early and restful night but the loud base and music until midnight put pay to that. Our room was facing the open door of the after venue and...

“The room was not as clean as you would expect, especially at a property in the class. I had to pick up rubbish from the side of the bed. The shower drain was not working properly and was not fixed despite notifying the staff about it. No one would answer the phone at either the reception or the housekeeping so had to come in person at the reception to request amenities that housekeeping had forgotten to replenish during the daily cleaning. Overall, an underwhelming stay at a Crowne Plaza.”
