"The staff was great. Every individual I interacted with was the definition of southern hospitality. The valet service was quick, Jimmy and Mark were friendly and had my car waiting for me during check-out out before I made it back downstairs, so no waiting around wasting time. The front desk staff (Debbie and Nicole) were friendly and the check-in and check-out process was quick. I had an issue with my valet charges during check-out, (most likely a computer booking issue between Expedia and the hotel) the manager on duty Chris was able to correct the issue quickly and without any problems. If I ever find myself back in Charleston the Emeline with be my first choice of hotels to stay again. "
