Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort - A Caesars Rewards Destination

"Everything was SPECTACULAR, except for the services from businesses outside of the hotel staff. The employees of the support businesses outside of the casino personnel acted like they were doing everyone a favor by being there. The casino needs to train all outside support business personnel to remain consistent with their mission of servicing the customer. I came there to experience the relaxation and joy of the casino, not to be denigrated and cast aside like a used napkin by restaurant and consumer goods store personnel. The difference in treatment was very noticeable and offending."

"The room was clean. Outdoor pool area is set up nice and gives people different spaces to relax. There is also 3.5 ft pool to take the little ones swimming. We did not purchase breakfast but had dinner at the bar two nights. The first night, I had chicken sandwich and smores martini. Very good. Second night, brussel sprout flatbeead. Not so good. I believe the kitchen closes at 9p. & bar closes at 10p. We stayed 2 nights, it is a good location for historic Charleston, Boones Hill Plantation and the beach. Fyi...there is a great breakfast/lunch place 6 miles away called Mount Pleasant Toast. Really good food."
