"We had a very relaxing long weekend. The room was clean, the pools were easily accessible and clean. Beach access was easy. Staff was attentive. We were able to sit out on the balcony and listen to the waves crash each night—Friday and Saturday nights we got the added gift of some good/some bad karaoke down at the beach side bar—an unexpected perk😂. All in all we had a lovely stay."

"We love this hotel, haven’t visited in over 3 years. Guess that explains why I wasn’t greeted as a valued Hilton honors member or offer free water. We requested a lower level room but was denied, was told hotel was sold completely out. Our room was very nice as expected, furniture and appliances were clean and well kept. Bed was on the firm side, not plush as expected. Our only complaint during this stay was as we walked around in the room, our socks collected a bunch of hair from the floor. So the room looked and smelled clean but the floor wasn't cleaned at all. Staff was very responsive and sent housekeeping to clean the next day."
