Caribbean Resort & Villas

10/10 Excellent

"Check-in was very easy and the staff was helpful. Their communication via texts were outstanding. They kept us informed and updated. The registration parking area was very crowded during check in and check out times but the parking lot was across the street and it was free. We stayed on the Jamaican side. The rooms were alittle dated but clean and spacious. The elevators were quick and convenient. Beds were comfortable. Our room was oceanfront and the view of the beach was beautiful. It was easy access to the indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, and the hot tubs. The resort provided towels for our us to use. The beach was a very short walking distance from the resort. The resort is located in a good area and very convenient to Starbucks, Ben & Jerry's Icecream, and nearby restaurants and stores. We will stay at the Carribbeaan Resort again and will definitely recommend it to others. The cost to stay here was very reasonable and worth every penney. It was alot to do here and we felt we got our money's worth."

Hilton Beachfront Resort & Spa Hilton Head Island

"Good stay. Great pool area but too many of the area around to pool had cabana lounges at a cost of $100. There was not enough regular longe chairs available. Also the rooms need updating especially the bathroom area. Staff were very accommodating. Too much nickel and dimming with fees for parking, resort, and taxes on those changes"

"First, the hotel is beautiful and in a great location for walking around seeing the sites. The Swamp Fox restaurant food was some of the best we had during the trip and the staff there went above and beyond for our entire meal. I only took one star down for the hotel in general because the bathrooms are almost impossibly small for an average size person, and my husband is a big guy. Since we were only there for one night we opted to wait until we got back to our original destination to shower and clean up. Otherwise, we had a great room with a beautiful view, and the hotel made our trip that much more memorable!"

"Great location, beautiful sunsets, the marina is lovely, nice pool, food is good. A bit dated, mattress wasn't great. Could be a bit cleaner, wonderful staff."
