This was our second stay at this location. Room wasn’t very clean, towels kept getting taken not replaced and it was clear they were understaffed at times

The tiles around all the pool areas are very dangerous. They are slippery and then extremely slippery when wet. We are seniors and almost fell. We were very afraid for little children.
