"A superb hotel! I stayed here for 2 nights whilst attending an event at Olympia. It is a short 10-15 minute walk from the venue, but in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean and the decor looked fresh and well maintained. My room was perfect for a short stay - comfortable bed, desk with small chair, space for hanging clothes, a safe, a fridge (that was a bonus!) and a kettle. Opening window was also welcome. There was fresh still and sparkling water downstairs you could bottle and take to the room, along with a toaster and microwave, and a tea/coffee/hot chocolate drinks machine. Easy walk from Earls Court tube station, and a nice walk along to the Natural History Museum. No hesitation in recommending this hotel!"

"This location does not have car service or a shuttle as shown on the Expedia profile. They simply will call you a taxi. There is one very tiny lift within the building. The building has steps to climb with no ramp for those with mobility issues. The location is nice. It is near restaurants, tube stations, and some shopping. "

"From entering the hotel to leaving, everything was perfect. All the staff members were very helpful and polite, the room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Overall it was a lovely stay and the location was close to many shops, with the tube station just over the road. "
