"I will preface my review with the fact that we never actually checked in, so I cannot speak to the cleanliness of the property and j am an honest person. However I’d like to leave a review for the calllus and cold hearted property manager so that all potential customers are aware. On 4/24 at 1:30pm, I decided to book a last minute getaway for the next day 4/25. That morning I woke up to my infant son violently ill and having to take him to the hospital. Once settled I called the hotel to explain the extenuating circumstances and see if an exception could be made for a free cancellation or even credit, we were told to leave a voicemail for the manager to discuss. After no return call my husband called to follow up and was simply told there would be no refund and no manager would be returning our call. Isn’t that nice? I understand cancellation policies are in place however there should be exceptions for last minute bookings such as mine and you would think those in the hospitality industry would be compassionate towards a child in the hospital. Now we are in the hospital and out the money. Even though we never arrived or checked in, they had no problem charging our card in full despite knowing we weren’t there and despite knowing the reason. Absolutely disgusting."

"Newer hotel but everything is cheap. Had to call the front desk after midnight to complain about the loud drunks playing music and yelling, for hours, outside on the patio. You can hear everything outside as well as your neighbors rooms. No daily housekeeping. No breakfast included. Loud noises from highway and businesses near by at all hours of the day and night. Would not stay here again"

"Hot breakfast has lots of options and the staff are helpful. Parking is plentiful, convenient and free. Room was fine. My main issue was that the property is understaffed - front desk frequently unattended, housekeeping service only every other day."

"Visited for 7 days. We only received a room cleaning twice in the 7 days. We called to request service, and even spoke with someone in person to please come to provide us with new towels at least, however, the request went ignored. The room was small and smelled of cigarette smoke for the entire stay. We are not smokers. We could not eat any of our leftovers from any restaurant, as there was no silverware or plastic ware provided. Would only recommend for 1 or 2 nights. Not ideal in the least for an extended stay, even if it is just to lay your head down at night. Frankly, 3 stars is generous. "
