“The most welcoming and efficient check in process I ever seen!! Room was delightful, large, and appointed with personalised care. The breakfast was made to order and delivered with wonderful hospitality. Checkout was just handing the key back - oh and the minibar was complimentary. Genuinely a wonderful experience.”

“I went for business trip. So I didn't experienced the Casino and around of the Hotel. I think this hotel is good at for short travel. The room is clean, bathroom is convient for shower. Free Wifi can be used for 2 computer/room. However the eating included in dinner and breakfast in the hotel is normal.”

“Everytging was great staff very helpfuj, food plenty and really good, only problem was you didnt state that i would be two doors away with two glights of stairs the reason I booked the Mereside was because I had stayed there before and i knew it had a lift im bad on my feet with arthritis of the knees so i struggled up and down the stairs but overalli once again enjoyed my stay at the hotel”
