"I would expect there to be more frequent transport available to take guests between town and hotel. Only one an hour is not enough. I would expect coffee in the room and not have to go to lobby. The staff did not help much when it looked like a storm might strand us at the hotel, I had to do all the investigating - fortunately we were able to get a ferry. "A wonderful hotel in Nantucket. The location is excellent - a 10 minute walk from the ferry terminal and a 10 minute walk to Jetties Beach. The pool and arcade are great for kids. The Swim Club offers a delicious menu and a lovely area to relax. The staff were very helpful. Would definitely come again!"
