“The staff were really nice and welcoming, especially at arrival at 1am. No wait at all! Ryan answered all our questions. Parking even had valet ready ($36/day) but we chose the self park ($28). Our room was nice and clean. Coffee was only decaf. Staff at all the stores and food places were mostly kind and friendly. The pool was beautiful an have personnel walking around to wait on you. “From driving up to unload to checking out, everything was great! We came from Louisiana, made it to the beach about 2:30, was able to early check in to enjoy the beach! (Thanks Raven!) Loved the room, it was spacious, very clean & enjoyed the balcony! Beach access was very easy, too! Loved that we could get a ride from the resort to dinner! Not too bad of a beach walk from dinner back to the hotel. Overall, 11/10! Would stay here again! Definitely recommend and nothing was disappointing!”
