"Overall we had a wonderful stay. The location excellent. Lovely part of town and safe. Initial impression is the hotel is dated and lobby dark. It would benefit from a refurbishment. However It is clean and the rooms are spacious and bright. The rooms aren't perfect, there are a few cracks on the walls but it is clean, spacious and bright. Actually the rooms are nice. Comfortable bed and good quality linen. Starbucks complimentary coffee maker in room. Wow! Lacking in wardrobe space but we made it work. There was an iron and hairdryer which was great. The food court is nice to have access to and beyond that is the excellent Colony square with restaurants and other activities being held. There was a huge yoga session being held in the square. We discovered a healthy and tasty take out option called The brown bag. The shrimp dinner plate was delicious, as was the shrimp and salmon combo. One comment in general- We found the food tasty in the varierity of restaurants we visited from Steamhouse to STK but all were heavy on salt. Atlanta restaurants need to hold back on the salt! It's so unhealthy. I prefer to add salt if required. You can't remove salt once added so please bear this in mind. Btw- Steamhouse restaurant was a welcome find. Snapper and fried grits were delicious. I actually don't usually like grits."

"Lovely suite! Stayed a bit hot due to A/C circulation in the bedroom (versus the freezing living room.) Nice full kitchen. Everything was very clean. Staff was helpful!"

"Everything was pretty decent, my only issue was that there was no microwave in the room and I had to walk all the way down to the end of the hallway to use one."

" The front desk lady comes across his tense when you check in at night. Also, there should be a lobby signs that say when the outside court is gonna be closed for the night. My room electricity went out. They accommodated me with a couple of drink vouchers, but that’s definitely something to check out for the future."
