“Very typical, which is very good, for an HIE. Helpful and friendly staff, clean modern room, decent breakfast, and best of all coffee anytime. Issue with blind was fixed quickly. Need makeup mirrors in the bathrooms.”

“The best part was meeting Nazyra the front desk clerk. She was sweetest ever. The hotel is showing its age with a creak in stepping into bathtub/shower floor and a bent towel rack. But it was convenient to Mequon. Continental breakfast was adequate; covers for coffee cups would’ve been nice as I spilled going to my car.”

“The reviews are really good on here. So is my review. To be upfront, don't go into it expecting a luxury hotel suite - it isn't that. It is an older Motel style hotel with limited amenities, but it is comfortable & clean. The rooms are easily accessible, the parking is easy, prices affordable and the Crave Bar & Grill that is in the same parking lot is top notch (great food, great staff and cozy atmosphere). Internet access has been good during the few times we've stayed here so far, while TV is...

“Only 1/2 the lights worked and with the only window looking over the pool…. It was soooo dark!! After complaining and being told it would be addressed… no lights fixed. None of the USB ports worked. They brought an adapter so I had only 2! TV turned off on its own Added a day to my stay and then was told ….the girl didn’t do it right so I was locked out of my room while walking my dog”

“The check in person, Pat, was Wonderful! Very personable and gave us advice about the area. A real gem! But there was one big problem about the hotel room: The toilet was too low. Almost impossible to get off of it without help. Fortunately, the door was right there so that one could grab onto either handle to get off the toilet. For That one reason, I don’t think I’ll be back. Please install normal height Toilets!!!”

“Clean room, skipped breakfast, so cannot comment to the breakfast. Staff was very accomdating, and helpful. Did not partake in the pool, so sgain can't comment. It's was quiet, and close to alot of shopping and Resturants.”

“The front desk attendant said the second entrance closer to our room at the end of the building was an accessible entrance, which it might be but the parking lot curb, closely parked cars without a walkway, and poorly lit entrance made it impossible to use with a wheelchair. The lobby was the accessible option. The luggage carts shaped like a triangle dolly need bungee cords to hold the luggage in place from the car to the room. The 2 queen beds and pull out sofa accessible suite appeared clean,...

“Room wasn’t as expected and the staff was amazing .. and accommodated the mix up beautifully. Will come back”

“청결하고 조용해요”

“Great stay! Our room & the entire property were clean and well-maintained. The employees were friendly. The breakfast was great! Big selection of food. The location is also really convenient and close to Milwaukee. We were very happy with our stay!”

“My room was clean. Parking was easy and available”
