"I had a little bit of a complicated reservation because I had reserved one night several months ago and about two weeks before our trip we decided to stay a second night. I was unable to modify my reservation so I just booked a second. I called the Omni to see if we could tie the two reservations and was told yes that was typically what was done. Then a few days before I received a message that they had been combined. Upon arrival, the neighborhood didn’t look super friendly. There was no real signage as where to pull in for check in so we pulled down into the parking garage. That was fine until the elevator didn’t work lol. So with a freshly torn mcl I lugged my luggage up several flights of stairs. The gal at check in was very friendly and apologized for the elevator. We stayed the night our room was a good size the lobby of the hotel was gorgeous. We left the next morning and spent the whole day in NYC. Returned to our key card not working.Went back downstairs and weren’t received with any kind of apology.Just needed a credit card for incidentals and would give us new keys to our room. All of this could have been mentioned at check in.The next morning when we left elevator still not working so my partner went downstairs to get our truck while I waited at the curb with our luggage. Two hours after we left I received a message that the elevator wasn’t working and their apologies.Long story short. Hotel itself, lovely. Area around it, not so sure, communication lacking. "
