2/10 Terrible

"This hotel was not a good experience for us, we booked our stay 4 months ago and upon arrival they told us that someone had canceled our stay at corporate do to being over booked.. Finally was able to get in a room after a hassle even though it was not the king room we originally booked. The hot tub heater was not working. The key entery for outside pool door access was not working so you had to prop a door open to get back in. Morning breakfast was never fully stocked and staff was not friendly or helpful. 20 people trying to use 2 waffle makers cause there was no other food options. The shower in our room did not drain and there was no TV remote in room. This could of for sure been a better experience do better La Quinta."

"We arrived at the hotel early and checked in; however, the front desk attendant barely greeted us. Since it was too early for a room, she said she will put me on the waiting list but she never called so we hung around until the time to check in. The attendant this time was very helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the pillows were too soft and the TV did not work properly. Overall it was a nice stay, breakfast was good and most of the staff were very courteous."

"Right on the beach, nice pool, on site arcade. The only issue the first night when we gor back from the beach the toilet had overflowed and flooded the bathroom. We had to call 3 times for maintenance and when they finally arrived all they did was drop off a plunger and left. When we took a shower the tub filled up with no proper drainage either."

"4 stars for the room itself. Plenty of towels, the bed was very comfortable. The view was great. I wish they’d put a vacuum in the room. Sand gets everywhere and sometimes a broom does nothing. The TV in the living room didn’t work. It couldnt connect to the roku. I didn’t say anything because we weren’t in the room enough to bother with it. The kitchen is small, but again, wasn’t a bother to us. My problems; THE ELEVATORS. Almost every day if not one, both were broke. If I was a property manager or owner of a condo, I’d demand the property fix the elevators. For that alone, I will not stay at any room in this building. It was a nightmare. My son and I got stuck one evening and the doors finally opened on the 4th floor. We had to walk on down which isn’t usually bad but he has a broke foot and has on a boot. Then we had to walk up 9 floors. The staff on site was pretty rude. I know the property manager of the condo can’t help the staff or elevators but just something to think about if looking to vacation in this building.."

"So I gave this property a five. But on a scale of one to 10 I would give it an 8.5. Only because of some little things. But first the best of things. The two pools were great except they weren’t heated as advertised three hot tubs, a tiki bar and a snack bar excellent. The security in the place was excellent. I have heard other people complain about the elevators, but we did not have any problem with them at all. As goes to the room, it was a little dated. What was extremely clean and everything that we needed. Except for the balcony there was only one chair, no table. We had to go out and buy a chair in the table. And one other small note that coffee machine did not work at all. We really like to facilities. We probably wouldn’t stay in this room again no fault to the people who own it. But we had a great week and one extra note on the good side. The bed was extremely comfortable."
