We qere greated by Anna Maria at the entrance of carpark. Everything was wonderful. I woukd strongly suggest the tip,we had a mountain view room qhich was fab as it was recently renovated. Ask for a renovated room. The mountain view rooms view qise are lovely as they get the evening aun ai are perfect for a sundowner โ

โHaving just spent a week with my daughter at this amazing hotel, we cannot praise it enough. Everything was perfect. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a room upgrade, and the rest of the stay followed suit. Couldnโt fault the facilities and everything was immaculately clean.
Really well located in Crete and great front of house staff that were happy to help and provide suggestions. A week of luxury and couldnโt recommend enough! Hoping to return again some day - thank you! โ
