“All espectacular, attention very good. But we had and incident about 10pm last night someone attempted to enter our room without any previous notice or warning, someone was truung to open the door with another key, I had to block the door from inside and ask Twice, they only responded open the door which I did not, latter they said we are from Maintenance and left. We called security and front desk later about 10 Min they arrived an search the property. Hard to get some sleep after that....

“Great location in Bocas town, walkable, food and vibes all around and easy access to water taxis and walkable to the airport too. Hotel was clean, the wifi and air conditioning worked perfectly. Friendly staff too! ”

“I got a balcony but their is a dance club that blasts music until 2-3am Wed- Monday. Got sick with sinus issues lack of sleep and i think dirty AC. I had to go to clinic and get coigh medicine, and antibiotic. I will try to get my 7th night back through insurance as i left 1 night early. Staff is just there, ”

“My wife and I stayed for 9 nights last week and couldn't believe how quiet, peaceful and lovely the place is! The beach was beautiful and private. The whole place is private! You are literally on a remote island that is off the grid! The only place to connect with the outside world is in the main clubhouse where there is satellite internet, which we didn't mind at all bc we were definitely trying to unplug. There are some activities you can do such as your basic water sports or book...

The hotel is very well located, as it is very close to most restaurants and bars, but just removed enough so that it is quiet at night. The rooms are very nice and the beds very comfortable. The delicious complementary breakfast offered is at a restaurant very close by. The entire experience is easy, safe, and very enjoyable. ”

“Beware! This hotel is not in central Bocas Town, even though that is where the Expedia map and the "View in a map" function shows the hotel to be. The hotel is actually on Isla Pastores, which is at least a 30 min boat ride from Bocas Town. The hotel is not at all convenient for the main Bocas del Toro attractions, such as snorkeling, surfing, Starfish beach, Red Frog beach, Zapatilla Islands, etc. The hotel appears to be trying to lure customers into thinking that it is centrally located....

“I had a great stay at Lula's. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Bathroom came with shampoo and body wash. I had the ocean view room, which is great, just keep in mind that your window overlooks the shared patio, so if you want privacy, you have to close the shades. The common areas (patio, kitchen) were great, but really the best part is how friendly and helpful the owners were. Also, if you like dogs, they have 3 wonderful dogs that are super friendly. Breakfast was always tasty,...
