"Meine Reservierung lag angeblich nicht vor ebenso meine Bezahlung!? Nach30 Stunden Anreise blieb mir nichts anderes übrig als nochmals zu bezahlen. Morgens um 6:30 wurde ich aus dem Schlaf geklingelt um nochmals 9€ zu bezahlen, keine Ahnung wofür! Kommunikation war nur in Spanisch möglich das ich leider nicht beherrsche. "Its a bit mixed, bed was good and conformable, linen was clean but had a stain. Reception was a bit mixed, forst impression wasnt great, two members of staff on the desk, neither said hello, just carried on. No greating nothing, one looked up and my husband said we were checkin in. From that point the female staff was great.
