"Excellent location within shopping mall, with adjacent door into 7 eleven store. 6 minutes walk to nearest train station. Staff excellent with very good English. "

"The hotel is in a great area, with a market across the street that had various restaurant options and the Pokemon store as well! We were also super close to the train station, which was great."

"This was a great hotel as it was clean, good room size, breakfast was fantastic (lots of Japanese and Western options) and the hot baths is a bonus! The only downside was that we had to take the bus to get to most locations (which I learned after visiting Kyoto this is a common thing for everyone since the train system isn't as elaborate as it is in Tokyo so I still gave it 5 stars). Overall, for the price and value of the hotel we would stay here again! "

"The hotel was located in an excellent location. 7 min walk away the famous market and 2 min walk to a train station. Good sized room. The only feedback is probably needing more washing machine/dryers as there was a bit of a wait. Hotel is a bit older but clean and excellent value. "

"Everything was GREAT, however I think that the breakfast offerrings can be improved based on the price charged when compared to other hotel breakfast offerrings and definitly there is a need for more washer/dryer laundry unites ... the 2 combo unites cannot servive that entire hotel....it was like playing hide and seek and catch to be able to wash and dry clothing !"

"Food was good they had a lot of options and big dinning room, the staff held my majority of the day while I was out on an adventure and the room was a decent size for one person even two if you travel light"
