“주변지역이 마음에 들었음”

“Was charged $50.00 extra to check-in. Arrived 2:10pm at hotel to work 5pm local event. Staff stated check-in time is 4pm. Stayed at 2 other different hotels beforehand in Lynchburg, VA area to work local events and many more nationally and internationally and never charged extra when rooms were available within a reasonable time of posted check-in. Will never stay at Bella Vista Hotel and Suites again. It's a principle and lost a future customer for life.”

“Front desk staff and breakfast staff were extremely kind, helpful and friendly.”

We did ask for a room change and the room was better but still not good. I...

“I arrived after a check-in time of 4pm, was informed someone was still using my room and did not know what time I could get into my room. Also there was no availability of getting another room because they were totally booked and no other room available. I went outside and spoke to the other guest staying with me and one of my friends walked and I walked back inside and she said that was unacceptable and needed to speak with a manager. Less than 5 minutes passed and a room was available for us....

“Staff very friendly. Clean and comfortable.”

“This hotel is directly across from the Academy Center of the Arts, so the location was perfect. The hotel is in need of renovation. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.”
