“The nicest stay during my time in London! The host is soo friendly and helpful! 🙏 I really appreciate their kindness. It was a cute themed room and cozy. Would definitely come back :)”

“Lovely stay”

“Stayed for one night before a flight. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was ok- could have been cleaner. Baseboards were quite dusty and bathroom had beard shavings on sink and floor. Bed was comfortable and clean. Restaurant attached was a treat! Taxi ride to the airport cost £27.”

“Covienient to the airport, safe and good breakfast. ”

“공항과의 접근성은 훌륭함. 다만 공항 호텔이라는 특성상 방의 크기나 상태등은 가격대비 만족도가 좀 떨어짐”

“공항을 이용하기위해 하루 숙박을 했는데 너무 좋았어요 호텔에서 걸어 놀스터미널 셔틀타고5분 사우스터미널 완젼 편리했어요 로비에 있는.레스토랑도 맛있었어요”

“별로에요. 조식 품질도 낮습니다.”

“It was a wonderful day ! Desk attendance is wonderful! Breakfast is a super service! I would like to stay Holiday Inn in Gatwick airport by IHG again! Thank you for your service! ”

“The staff was the worst I’ve experienced in my month of traveling England. They weren’t friendly or helpful and made me feel like it was a burden staying there. And I stayed 3 nights. And there’s absolutely nothing close by where you can eat. The cook was the only pleasant person. The place has absolutely no warmth to it.”

“having been here once before i was looking forward to my stay, however i was in a different room inside the main building, while the room was very comfortable and roomy it did seem a bit dusty and damp, Sadly during my two night stay the tv was unavailable due to local Aerial problem, while i understand this wasn't the hotels fault it was very disappointing. Also no fridge was available which i was expecting as my last room had one. The large bath tub was much appreciated . A lovely outlook...

“Was a cool hotel, very nice looking. However our room was a bit run down, the toilet didn't want to flush unless you repeatedly pushed the handle a lot, the sink sprayed water at you unless using a trickle of water. A lot of the carpets in and around the room was stained. But it was good for a quick one night close stay to plans. Staff were very kind.”

“It was very cold in the room and after few hours they turn it on to get warmer but still very cold and I got very sick. It was very far from everything, no shops, no public transportation, nothing was around. Just dead area the way I was so scared to sleep in the room which was out of building. 3 a.m till 5 a.m so much noise like some one was working on the next room.”

“Muy buena hospitalidad, linda la estancia y sobre todo lo amable del Host. En definitiva siempre regresaria.”
