โI wanted to check in fast and visit an important attraction before they closed. The reception lady indicated that by law she had to check us in right away and show us the room. I asked if I could leave my bags in the lobby and check in after and she said, "If I did that she could not grantee she could check us in." because she would be too busy. I was thinking that she had no choice in the matter to do so and if I had arrived at 8pm she would have to check me in if she liked it or not. ??โ
โWonderful stay in this lovely place. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rustic, homely feel to the bar and friendly locals. We will certainly be back. Thank you.โ
โA fantastic B&B for a warm welcome, comfort and a breakfast that always gave a great start to the day. It is ideally located for visiting the local coastline and inland attractions all within a short drive.โ
โVisited on business but brought my partner & our dog along so we could extend the stay a little. The hotel could not do enough for us, including nightly breakfast bags to take with us early in the morning so we did not go hungry & a box of doggo goodies including 2 x bowls, meat flavoured beer, salmon treats & a new tennis ball. The car park is only small but the village car park around the corner allows free parking from 4pm to 9am so it's no great issue. We ate in the restaurant 2 nights & the...
โQuaint pub with beautiful rooms in a quiet part of Port Isaac. Loved the room and the comfy beds and pillows. Possibly the most comfortable bed Iv ever slept in. The room was clean and fresh and beautiful bathroom. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and was wonderful
I could not fault this place at all. โ
โLovely B&B. We were extremely pleased with our stay here. We were in a cozy double room with an en-suite. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The couple running the hotel were friendly and exceptionally hospitable. The included full English breakfast is fantastic. Would absolutely recommend to anyone thinking of staying here. The value for money is fantastic. It is a perfect location to explore Cornwall!โ
โWe stayed in a family room with our dog. There was a welcome pack for the dog including a toy, treats and poo bags. They also provided bowls, towel and a bed. (Saved us getting the dog bed out of the car) We still used our dogs bowl as she's a miniature.
We had dinner in the bar I had mains cesear salad, which was amazing with anchovies in as well as being a really generous portions. My fella had the gammon and my daughter had the children's menu of chicken goujons. For dessert we had the...
โAlthough the inn was doing a brisk trade we received a warm and friendly welcome. The room was fine for an overnight stay though the bed was a little soft for my liking. I would definitely recommend.โ
โGreat pub hotel in a the lovely town of Wadebridge.
The accommodation was a great price in nicely finished rooms with a pub downstairs, walks, bike rides and shopping on your doorstep.
There's not much parking with the pub. You have to be lucky to get one but there's plenty available in town very close to the pub.โ
