"Good sized room & bathroom. Comfortable beds. Staff very efficient and friendly Good location and easy 15 min walk to town or there was a bus which stopped right outside the hotel. We didn’t use the pool or spa or restaurant so can’t really comment but it looked good. "

"Clean room, fluffy towels, temperature control in the room that worked, courteous & helpful front desk staff, and MiPad location was close to the main tourist haunts in Queenstown. The shower was excellent, too! I may not pass through Queenstown again, but if I do, I’ll definitely try to book accommodation at MiPad. "

"A high quality quiet modern hotel within walking distance of the busy, noisy centre. Views from the bar/restaurant overlooking the lake are breathtaking. The bedroom was impeccably clean and comfortable. The best of all, however, are the staff who couldn’t help enough (thank you again Julia for working so hard to sort out our booking platform problem). We travel extensively and for us to recommend a hotel so highly is an exception."
