The room was tiny, but as expected in this location. Just enough room for two adults. The location was quiet and peaceful off of the main road from the Shin-Okubo Station. Very cozy.

Visiting from Canada. The property is very clean when we arrived. The place is small but it is just right for 2 people who mostly stay outside. It had enough space to store 2 carry on and 2 large luggages on the side and the room still did not feel cramped. It had all the necessities and appliances on the listing. We did use the washing machine and was able to use the dryer function of the washroom a few times, which really allowed us to roam Tokyo worry free of running out of necessary clothing. Location is a ~10min walk from Shin Okubo Station (Yamanote Line), one stop away from Shinjuku Station. There are at least 5 convenience stores within a 5 minute walk and many food spots available. Will definitely recommend this property to a friend who will stay in the city a few days as it is very accessible to many places, very clean and very affordable!

One of the best places ive stayed in all of japan. The posting is a bit strange and doesn't do it justice however, but it is basically a standard, well maintained, apartment. Being in the korea district was surprisingly enjoyable and the distance from the train and other major locations was perfect.
