Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
We enjoyed our time at The Glanz. The room was clean, and very large for Tokyo. Also, it was full of some great amenities. God location in Azabujuban as well.
The amenities in the rooms here are fantastic! Wireless cell phone charging pads, a variety of lighting options controllable on the bedside table, an incredible shower room, deep tub with jets and a rainfall shower head, big tv, a lot of tech in the toilet, seating area and lots of toiletries. The staff was incredible as well. Definitely recommend!
I recently stayed at the Glanz hotel that exceeded my expectations with its impeccable cleanliness and outstanding service. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout my visit, even though english speaking was a bit hard for them to understand they tried to communicate. I definitely would have liked to learn in their language if I knew it…maybe next time…While the breakfast was decent, I highly recommend sticking to the traditional Japanese options, which were satisfying and flavorful. The hotel's proximity to the train station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would definitely return!
I booked this hotel for a night to receive my luggage from Osaka because it was nearby another place I was staying. When I checked in I found the room to be of a superior quality compared to where I was already staying. I decided to switch to this hotel for another night. The room was very comfortable with a large TV, a great bathroom, and plenty of amenities. They also provided free breakfast every morning. It was near the Azabu Jaban train station, and there were several restaurants in the neighborhood. This was the only hotel where I stayed in Tokyo that offered room service. They also had a mini-bar. It seems like they were less modern than some other hotels, but still had great facilities for the price. The only downside was while they have forms for Yamato luggage shipping, they don't offer the service. I had to ship my luggage to Hiroshima, and I I had to complete the form myself and pay for the service in Hiroshima. Nevertheless, I would stay at this hotel again next time I come to Tokyo.
Loved this property! It was very luxurious, loved the toiletries and deep tub! It’s a boutique hotel, one a few rooms on each floor which I loved. There’s plenty of food spots nearby and convenient stores within walking distance. For coffee lovers there are at least a handful of shops nearby.
