“A wonderful old pub in a fantastic location just off the main street going through Burford. A lovely room which we enjoyed, but the staff just felt a but distant, making errors with drinks. Food presentation lacked flair and lacked imagination. In summary, a great room but eat elsewhere to enjoy it best.”

“We had a fabulous weekend. The cottage was very easy to find, a short walk from the free car park and a stroll to the main street and many pubs, shops and eateries in Burford. The cottage is cosy but spacious for a family, with a well equipped kitchen and three comfortable bedrooms. We ate at the Farmer's Dog, the Bull and the Lamb Inn, all of which were great.
