โStayed with my family in a top floor room. The owners/hosts are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. I felt they genuinely cared about our stay, the room was spotlessly clean , comfy and modern. Would stay again in a heart beat. Keep up the great work. A+++++โ
โThe staff were amazing. So friendly and kind. Trying to help out where ever they could. Always a smile on their face. If I ever go back to Inverness I will for sure stay there again, even if itโs 15-20 minutes outside the city. โ
โI liked the location very much, the hostel was pretty neat and the host kindly treated me. If you visit Inverness again, I will use this place next time.โ
โWe enjoyed our stay at The Crossing. The breakfast was very good. The one thing I was surprised about was that our breakfast was not included with our room fee. We stayed at so many different places that I guess I just didn't check to see. But, we were a bit taken aback when after eating breakfast we were asked to settle the bill for it.โ
โFriendly and welcoming staff. Unexpected room upgrade upon arrival which was wonderful. If you want charm in a beautiful Highlands locale along the whisky trail, this is it. Dinner was incredibly delicious in the hotel's dining room. Their chef is out of this world. Bar has every whisky known to man ... kidding of course, but they are well stocked and knowledgeable. We stayed one night and wished we had booked a longer visit. It was meant to be a stop on our way out of a two day drive through...
โQuiet area and comfortable stay. The place had all the necessary amenities for a nightโs stay. They offer a nice lounge and provide both a microwave and a refrigerator, which made it convenient to bring and enjoy our own food. Overall, a pleasant experience!

โNearness to public transportation and tourist areas and the high street made our stay very convenient. Would like to have had better coffee in the room though!โ
