“This is a family orientated hotel. Think ‘Centre Parcs’ levels of activities without the insane prices. Location is amazing. Check in queue was 30 deep when I arrived and after 40 minutes of being stood in it and at the front it was still 30 deep behind me. We missed the swimming pool session in the evening because of the wait which was poor. Speaking to other people in the queue (some repeat customers) it is like this every time they attend. 👎 room was well appointed but shabby and grubby....

There was direct light in our ceiling only bedside lights. The room was also extremely hot and both of us woke several times during the night because of the temperature( we did have a fan running the whole night, and resorted to taking the duvet out of its sheet and just using the sheet. “인버네스 시내에서 좀 멀어서 차나 택시가 필수예요. 리셉션이 있는 건물은 중세건물로 운치있어 좋았고, 객실이 있는 곳은 옆에 새로지어진 굉장히 현실적(?)인 건물이었습니다. 정원과 조식을 먹는 가든은 이뻤어요. 조식 맛은 그냥 보통입니다. 직원분이 친절하긴하나 교육은 안받으신 직원인 것 같고, 객실건물은 한층 이동해야하나 엘레베이터는 없습니다. 객실과 욕실은 넓은 편이고 라지에이터도 따뜻했어요”
