"Check in/out was super easy and all the staff was super helpful offering recommendations for tours and sites to see. They set me up with a transfer to port as well. "Simply amazing views and beautiful property. We booked a 2 bedroom villa, it was nice but the layout didn't work for us so the manager moved us to another villa with no stairs and it was perfect. The staff was very nice and helpful. The best part was the location, it is located in the south part of the island away from the busy tourist hubs of Fira and Oia but still close to many wonderful restaurants and attractions. "This was a fantastic choice for our holiday. Rooms were excellent size and very well presented. I couldnt fault to room, overall hotel or staff.
However, two points that could improve. Firstly there was no water provided to the room, i feel this is a small gesture, usually available. Secondly the hotel is very quiet, would be good to have some entertainment, maybe a violinist or piano? Something that suits the vibe which attracks you to stay at the pool side for food and drinks.
