“Well-maintained four bedroom home with updated bathrooms and kitchen. Great outdoor space. Five minutes to Balham tube station. Many great restaurant and grocery options within walking distance. Area feels very safe for a family. We happened to be in London during a heatwave of 95 Fahrenheit....Like many homes in London this one is not air-conditioned, but there were plenty of fans to help.”
