"Breakfast consisted of a loaf of bread, a shared container of butter and a couple xeaels. Staff was difficult to find, had to walk down half multiple times to find anyone.The rooms were dirty and not maintained, The hallway smelled like weed. "

"We enjoyed the bar and the breakfast selections! All of the staff were excellent, except the young man serving breakfast. He was not a people person!"

"Having breakfast start at 6:30 is late, especially when you need to be somewhere by 7am. The rooms and hotel need updating. Please change out the very old toilet seat. The price was good. The pool was cold and the hot tub was very dirty"

"Staff were unprofessional. Eating their meal while checking in guests at a make shift folding table work area. There are renovations of the lobby happening- but travelers would only know if you inquired directly on Hyatt web site. No mention of this on the hotels app. Lessons learned. Breakfast was served in a make shift torn up meeting room that was accessible by walking outside and around to the back of the building. Please check ahead of time where ever you plan to stay!!"

"Staff was hard to find. Called front desk multiple times with no answer. Check out times listed were inconsistent, but they did honor the latest time. Air conditioning worked but was inconsistent. "

"Friendly staff. Breakfast pretty good but under seasoned. TV did not work in first room. We were quickly moved to another room. Key cards had to be reset daily as they quit working. Dead bugs on both sides of air conditioner on the floor and in bathroom. Lighting was poor overall in the room and bathroom. Elevator still missing a buttton. Ice machine out of order on 3rd floor."

"Sent to an already occupied room at check-in, which was a major safety concern. The room I was eventually given had mold in the bathroom, hair all over the bedding, bugs in the room, no hot water, almost no water pressure, and the A/C couldn’t keep the room cool. There was even a rock holding the back door open, which doesn’t inspire confidence in security. The staff was friendly and understanding about the issues, but unfortunately the cleanliness, maintenance, and security problems made this one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had."
