"Had a wonderful stay because of the friendly service from the staff. I was greeted warmly at check-in. I had a minor problem with the room upon entry I called front desk and they immediately helped me out and switched rooms giving me an upgrade for the trouble. I went to the restaurant that evening to watch Jays game and both bartenders were very friendly and attentive. I went in for a beer but ended up staying for dinner. The housekeeping service was incredible too. I ended up getting a bad head cold and stayed a second night. Housekeeping gave me extra Kleenex and made sure I had enough blankets and said to me if I needed anything else they were just in the hall. I was amazed. Receiving genuine friendly service these days is rare and I had great service from every staff member I encountered. The room rates are budget friendly but the service is 5 star luxury hotel level "

"The INFIVILLA Greenville suites is perfect for family! We stayed here for a weekend getaway with my family and it was such a great experience from start to finish. Space is very spacious you can relax on the couch. The location couldn’t be more convenient everything from restaurants to the subway was just a short walk away. The unit was spotless and modern, and we loved how fully equipped the kitchen was; we even cooked dinner one night while enjoying the city lights from the window. The Smart TV and Wi-Fi made it easy to relax after exploring downtown all day. Overall, it felt cozy, private, and perfect for a family stay. Very comfortable and family friendly!"
