Most importantly the free parking, omg we saved $50 a night lol. We had the most amazing view this was the best place I’ve sleeve stayed in downtown Super clean and the kitchen has everything we saved a lot cuz we got to cook whatever we want n throw dishes in the dishwasher

I really liked this place. Our room had a most beautiful view, lake view. Everything was walkable to us. We were there for an event and had to check in early and we were allowed to check in early. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and save money Also staff and management were very nice and helpful. Definitely Recommending this place for staying downtown Toronto

The location is fantastic—so close to everything, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! Having free parking was definitely a huge plus. The team was incredibly kind and accommodating; they even gave us an early check-in and a late checkout since we were in town for a concert. Thank you so much for making our stay so smooth and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back

Owners were very accommodating and gave clear instructions. I wasn’t sure about the extra information and giving an emt for a damage deposit but what the place had to offer was better than having to do that. Very respectful workers or owners

It was an absolute disaster. Don’t know why we wereTold to check in at a different address than where we were staying as nobody is there. Then I was sent a text message to upload my drivers license my credit card and a selfie after we had already paid for the room via credit card days before. Then I got a call from New York City from a man who didn’t speak hardly any English and was asking me to e-transfer $$$ cash for a damaged deposit before they would release information on how to get into the rental unit. They already had my credit card, but wanted cash. Not comfortable with that and thought I should call my friend who is a lawyer and when I told the guy on the phone, I would call him back afterwards he hung up. I contacted Expedia immediately and this was after sitting in a no parking area for over 1 hr. They were unable to do anything about the situation. We googled reviews and there were people that had complained they did not get their $$& back and have been waiting for three months. Upon seeing these reviews, we decided to take our loss as it was better to lose that than huge $. I was very disappointed in Expedia and ended the conversation however, they phoned me shortly afterwards and we’re more than gracious to give us a credit and we were very thankful at the resolution they offered. I suggested to Expedia that it needs to emphasize in the write up that they want deposit in cash and not just to hold on a credit card for damage. I would not recommend.
