El staff fue muy amable, en especial Ricardo. Nos hicieron el gran favor de darlos early check in ya que habรญamos viajado de madrugada.
Solo harรญa la observaciรณn que hagan algรบn ajuste en los canceles de la regadera ya que se sale mucho el agua.โ
โMy partner and I had a great 10 day stay thanks to the whole team: our host Eumir who communicated with us prior to and following our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed, the housekeepers Mary, Montse and especially Aime who did a great job for our scheduled weekly room cleaning. Also shoutout to Pedro from maintenance and the security guards Lulรบ and Paola who greeted us with a smile at all hours of the day whether we were leaving early for tours or coming back late from events....

โHotel is amazing. Great location, stunning views, club lounge is amazing. Friendly, very attentive staff, wonderful housekeeping. Spa, pool and gym are large. Hotel is just the best choice to stay in Mexico City. โ
โAbsolutely fantastic property - looks like recently renovated to the high standards. Very clean and convenient. However note that there is no elevator and our room was on the 4th floor. Not a problem for us but for some people this could be a challenge.โ
