"Absolutely amazing and helpful staff. I had loads of luggage and they helped me to the room with it all so I didnt have to run up and down. Lots of information about the area and what an area. In the mountains and with the river running through the town. The room itselfs was spotless clean, warm and inviting. A quiet nights sleep in a oh so comfortable bed. Would happily stay here again. Loved it. "
"Clean large room, friendly staff, excellent pool facilities.
The pool & jacuzzi & sauna & steam room are lovely and can be used by hotel guests, not just spa guests. The pool is a lovely warm temperature. I had a spa treatment & thoroughly enjoyed it. The posh restaurant is the breakfast restaurant & very overpriced, especially for meat. The cheaper restaurant is just outside it, it’s a sports bar with TVs everywhere.
Breakfast was sensationally good, great selection, food superbly well cooked & supply maintained. Both crispy streaky bacon & pink back bacon available. Definitely a highlight for us. "
