"Our room was a non-smoking room, but it stenched like cigarettes. Had the house keeper spray an air freshener, but that didn't help much. Wifi didn't reach to our room. There was tiny roaches all over the room. Refrigerator didn't even get cold properly even when we adjusted the temperature in it. Shower did not have hot water, the most was luke warm water."

"Room was clean overall but the bedsheets were old enough to need replacement since the white sheets were actually off-white. Also, though the staff was nice, the guy that helped with check-in was more interested in answering his text messages and making me wait than actually go through the check in process. He did apologize, but priorities are clearly misaligned. "

"First room #101, issued to me had been painted & the minute I opened the door the odor hit me hard. I went to advice Paul at counter & he went to verify how strong the odor was. He said it also hit him before even entering the room #101. He gave me another room upstairs #212. Bathtub had hairs. Breakfast was grab a bag & go. You had to leave a $100 USD deposit. When I was checking out there was a lady who was forgetting to returm my $100 which I had paid cash bcuz if u paid w/ card it would take 3-4 days to be returned. When I first arrived late at night the night before, I walked into the lobby, Paul was on the phone with a woman who her $100 deposit was not returned & Paul kept telling her that he couldn't do anything at that time until next morning when his boss would be there. He told the lady that she could come the next day in the morning to speak to his boss. I don't know if she had paid cash or ccard. I will never stay at another hotel with this name. "

"Hotel Carpet was smelly, hallway has a bad odor. My family of 3 checked in, only two towels in the bathroom. Either I pay $5 for the third towel, or I shower return that towel from the 3rd floor. Then I would be given a third towel. I've been a platinum choice Member for years. . NEVER HAVE I EVER"

"Clean, modern property with spacious rooms and friendly front-desk staff. Would suggest grabbing breakfast elsewhere if you have time, though."
