The room
Was great, all new and very comfortable bed. Place is spotless and in a great location in Treviso, the staff was very helpful and a very easy check in. If you want to be right in the center of town in a new room with great amenities it’s the perfect stay. I highly recommend this place and wish we had more than one day there.

The photos do not do this property justice. The rooms look old in the photos and that could not be further from reality. The rooms are freshly renovated and the motif makes them appear in photos to have faded paint and furnishings, this is due to the color aesthetic not coming through in the pictures.

To note, this is a shared apartment that have rooms with private bathrooms rented individually, not a chain hotel. With this in mind there are nuisances to be aware of, such as multiple keys, not a single plastic card, to access the building. In our case we had 3 keys (1 to access the building, 1 to access the room and 1 to access the private but detached bathroom across the hall) and a code to access the apartment on the 3rd floor.

We read all the reviews and were so surprised at how much better than any of the reviews this hotel is. It is clean, located in a great spot, the service was amazing and our favorite breakfast of all time was at this hotel. It is very close to the airport and even closer to the cruiseport. The staff was very helpful in giving us options of less expensive ways to see Venice. Everyone was friendly and happy to answer our sometimes strange questions about Venice. Yes it is an expensive city to...
