โThe staff routinely greeted and talked to guests with smiles and happy dispositions. This occurred on elevators, front desk, cleaning staff in hallways, and especially the extremely cheerful and outgoing woman in the breakfast room. This aspect was amazing, the best weโve ever experienced at any hotel. Kudos to the manager for hiring and training such wonderful staff

โWe arrived after traveling for 7 hours, tired and hungry. The desk clerk was very kind and we were able to go and settle in to our spacious room.
The hotel is clean and well planned out.
The breakfast offering had many different options and great coffee.
If we are in that area again we would plan to stay there, and have recommended it to othersโ
โNumerous amenities, pool & spa worked and were heated - which is unusual for Spokane, breakfast had a Dennyโs option ( 3 choices for a slam or $7 off any menu item), blackout curtains, quiet, great cleaning staff.โ
โIt was a convenient location for us at the time with easy access to the freeway. Our room was quiet but there was a smell that was off putting as though someone has vomited on the carpeting and even though it was cleaned, still had a smell. โ
