"Habitaciones con techos con humedad telas de arañas, sábanas, mantas y toallas muy viejas y manchadas, la infraestructura del hotel, 1 ascensor malogrado, tuve que pagar otro hotel para poder descansar cómodos y tranquilos, tengo los comprobantes, solo un counter, ni sofás para la espera al checkin del hotel, solicito la devolución del dinero, terriblemente malo el hospedaje, porque lo califican como bueno sino es así, gastar dinero por algo que no lo vale. Nos llevamos una muy mala experiencia con ese hotel. No usamos ni la calefacción porque salían el moho, solicité el cambio de habitación, pero en esos 2 días ni siquiera llamaron a la habitación para hacer el cambio.
Viajé con mis padres ( que ya son personas de la tercera edad ) y los hice pasar un mal rato, mi hermano, esposo y menor hija."

"The room kind of small,with AC,very noisy day and night.
Very good location in the theater district walkable to important tourists attractions even to San telmo,Recoletta,puerto madero.Perfect location to use public transport
Felt very safe but still be aware of keeping your wallet in a safe place and don’t use expensive jewelry

"Good location, big rooms, great staff and clean property. It just needs a little update, especially in the kitchen. Fridge didn't work that well, but we hardly used it, so it was fine. Very quiet neighborhood at night but close to everything. Great bed to rest! "
