"Great property. Everything felt new and looked great and clean. Wonderful bakery in the lobby for quick breakfast and coffee. There was also a restaurant on property but we didn’t try it. Rooftop bar was nice. Our room was great with plenty of room. The sink & vanity was out in the room which was nice because there was plenty of room to get ready and someone else could use the bathroom/shower area. We were in a superior King room and the bed was comfortable with a small couch area. While the hotel isn't right in the middle of things it is very central with easy access to all the right areas. Short 6 minute walk to subway/train. 12 minute taxi to Kyoto main station. Would definitely stay here again. Staff was great."
"My stay at the Good Mature hotel was great and I recommend it. The room was clean and comfortable. The best part of staying here is the restaurant choice on site and the market. Two things that could use improvement however- the shower needs to be vented/aired out and the amount of EMF and light pollution could be reduced (not really any worse than most hotels). "The hotel had a relay good size hotel room and really helpful staff. The location was good enough in general for transport and restaurants (walking distance to Pontocho). The station nearest stations were a little far but walkable. There were plenty of shop walkable from the hotel including Nishiki market. A very comfortable stay and a good hotel."
"So close to Kyoto station and very nice lounge and public bath. Right next to plenty of options in Kyoto station. Well worth it just for not having to walk far in the heat."
